All about the JURA GIGA W10 – two grinders and cold brew

The GIGA W10 pairs two grinders with cold extraction: each of its 35 specialties can also be made as a cold brew, from two different beans in two 650 g containers. A water bypass adds the water separately for long barista specialties, hot or cold, such as the americano, and the 6.7 inch Panorama Coffee Panel shows the menu at a glance. JURA positions it for premium workplaces at up to 50 cups a day.

Frequently asked questions

How many people is the JURA GIGA W10 for?
JURA recommends up to 50 cups a day. Counting about 3.3 cups per person per working day, that is a team of around 15 people. Check your peak too: if everyone takes a coffee in the same ten minutes, size up.

How does the GIGA W10 differ from the X10?
The GIGA W10 has two grinders, a cold version of all 35 specialties and a 6.7 inch display, for up to 50 cups a day. The X10 has one grinder, 9 cold specialties and a 5 liter tank, for up to 80 cups.

What do we need on site?
A stable counter, a power socket and a tap or kitchen nearby to fill the tank. No plumbing or drain is needed.

Who keeps it clean, and how long does it take?
Your team can do it without a cleaner. Daily: empty the grounds container and the drip tray while the machine is switched on, and top up the tank with fresh water. After milk drinks, run the milk system cleaning with the supplied cleaning container. When the machine asks for it, roughly every 180 preparations, run the cleaning program with a JURA cleaning tablet. Change the CLARIS filter when the machine signals it; with the filter in use you do not need to descale.
