Meet the team

Chanya has been packaging your coffee, with the greatest care, for 10 years already. She is the real superhero of the roastery!

Quinten is one of our roasters and a certified Q Grader. He’s deeply involved in everything from roasting and cupping to quality control and flavor profiling. As a trained barista, he also enjoys helping customers fine-tune their coffee grinders on the spot.

Rabie is our French-speaking superstar, with years of experience as a barista and bar manager in specialty coffee. He leads our French-speaking barista workshops and takes care of our customers in Brussels, Wallonia, and France.

Tom is co-founder and q-grader of the team. He still roasts coffee from time to time and of course sources coffee directly from the origin.
