All about the WMF 5000 S+ – 250 cups a day

The 5000 S+ is the WMF that pours coffee and hot water at the same time, which keeps the queue moving when tea and coffee are ordered together; WMF rates it for up to 250 cups a day. It comes plumbed in with drain, with Easy Milk or Dynamic Milk, Dynamic Coffee Assist and a spout that adjusts its height to each cup automatically. Coffee shops, bakeries, canteens and hotel breakfasts with long peaks are where it earns its place.

WMF recommends up to 250 cups a day. At about 3.3 cups per person per working day, that is around 75 people. In a coffee shop, count on 144 cappuccinos per hour, or 220 when made two at a time.

Easy Milk or Dynamic Milk?
Easy Milk makes hot and cold milk and hot foam in several consistencies. Dynamic Milk adds cold milk foam and is needed for AutoClean, the 2-Milk option and the syrup station.

What do we need on site?
A water connection, a drain, 32.5 cm of counter and a 230 V connection, or 400 V with that option. Tell us what is there when you ask for a quote, so we can check the setup with you.

How much daily care does it take?
WMF pairs Easy Clean with both milk systems: automatic cleaning with a cleaning tablet in a special container, plus a manual cleaning of the milk foamer once a week. With Dynamic Milk, WMF also offers Clean in Place, which cleans the milk foamer too, and AutoClean as an option, which cleans coffee and milk system automatically at the set time.
