All about the Sage Oracle Dual Boiler – Auto Dial-In
The Oracle Dual Boiler checks every shot for under- or over-extraction and adjusts the grind for the next one by itself: Sage calls it Auto Dial-In. It grinds, doses and tamps 22 g into a 58 mm portafilter, and two stainless steel boilers let you pull the shot and steam the milk at the same time. Switch to Manual mode when you want to take over.
