All about the JURA X10c – cold brew, plumbed in

The X10c is the cold-brew JURA for the water supply: it connects to a tap with a 3/8 inch thread, with the fresh water kit in the box, and keeps a 2.8 liter tank for places without one. It makes 34 specialties, eight of them cold-extracted, switches automatically between milk and milk foam, and preheats intelligently, for up to 80 cups a day.

How many people is the JURA X10c for?
JURA recommends up to 80 cups a day. Counting about 3.3 cups per person per working day, that is a team of around 24 people. Check your peak too: if everyone takes a coffee in the same ten minutes, size up.

How does the X10c differ from the X10?
The X10c runs from the water supply (3/8 inch) with a 2.8 liter tank as backup and makes 34 specialties, 8 of them cold. The X10 runs from a 5 liter tank (fixed connection with the optional fresh water kit) and also makes 34, 9 of them cold.

What do we need on site?
A water tap with a 3/8 inch thread within reach of the machine, a power socket, and room to empty the grounds container and drip tray. Tell us what is there when you ask for a quote, so we can check the setup with you.

Who keeps it clean, and how long does it take?
Your team can do it without a cleaner. Daily: empty the grounds container and the drip tray while the machine is switched on. After milk drinks, run the milk system cleaning with the supplied cleaning container. When the machine asks for it, roughly every 180 preparations, run the cleaning program with a JURA cleaning tablet. Change the CLARIS filter when the machine signals it; with the filter in use you do not need to descale.
