The coffee recipe for the Chemex Coffeemaker with our Ethiopia - Guwacho filter coffee is very simple and goes as follows:
Step 1
Grind 15 grams of Ethiopia - Guwacho filter coffee.
Step 2
Put your Chemex coffeemaker with the filter paper on a scale, add the 15 grams of ground coffee into the filter and boil in the meantime your water. You need 250 grams of water in total.
Step 3
You will need to pour your 250 grams of water into the Chemex Coffeemaker in 9 times. Preferably with a Hario Buono kettle because of the spout. First you'll pour in 50 grams for blooming. Afterwards you'll pour 8 times 25 grams of water.
Step 4
Enjoy your delicious brewed cup of coffee with taste notes of white grapes apricot and jasmin.
